Maidstone Borough Council - Local Trust Survey 2026

Trust is an important part of the relationship between residents and their local council.  It can influence how people feel about council services, how they engage with decision-making, and whether they believe their views are being heard.

Maidstone Borough Council is carrying out this Local Trust Survey to better understand residents' levels of trust and confidence in the council.

We want to hear from a wide range of people, including experiences and opinions which are positive, negative, or somewhere in between.

Your feedback will help us understand what influences levels of trust and confidence and where we can improve.
